Ujadughele Sr. Our staff strength has increased considerably to match our expansion and dedicated customer service delivery. When necessary we have called on the services of known experts in the necessary fields in order to maintain our high standard of performance.
We also have the agency of the world leaders in our fields such as Copeland Corporation and Emerson Climate Technologies for technical partnership and support. We therefore have the confidence of our clients (especially the major multinationals) because of our reliability and the excellent after sales support given by our team of experts and well trained technical staff.

Astromatic Nigeria Limited is dedicated to providing high-level services in the areas of Engineering Services and Consultancy, Project Management, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Solutions as well as Oil and Gas Services, focusing on technical advancement, relationship management and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Richard I. Ujadughele, Sr, is a qualified Chemical Engineer with over thirty years experience. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A, where he got his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, and Master of Science degree in Engineering Management in 1977 and 1979 respectively. He further acquired and M.B.A. from California State University, Dominguez Hills, Carson, California in 1984.
He has worked as a Process and Equipment Engineer at Bechtel Power Corporation, Norwalk; Project Engineer at C.F. Braun & Company, (a division of Santa Fe International), Alhambra; and Cost Engineer at Madigan Industries, (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Division), Los Angeles all in the State of California, U.S.A. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Archimedes Circle, a society of professional engineers of the University of Southern California School of Engineering.
In his capacity as Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ujadughele has operated tactfully and guided the firm from infancy to its current state of development

Astromatic Nigeria Limited recognizes that safe operations and practices depend not only on technically sound plants and equipments, but also on competent people and HSE culture. This implies that any and all operations, regardless of their importance, should only be done using safe methods.
The work in the area of HSE of all managers is assessed against their annual targets, based on feedback from line managers, colleagues, and other employees of their subdivisions.
While all Astromatic Nigeria Limited employees must observe the HSE requirements, the managers are personally responsible for the understanding and management of the HSE risks.
